Tournament Rules

All players must be ECF Silver Members as a condition of participation in the tournament.

Entry Fee

The entry fee for all sections is £15.

All players will play in all rounds.

Schedule

Round 1: 1300

Round 2: 1400

Round 3: 1500

Round 4: 1600

Round 5: 1700

Prize Giving: 1800

All sections are ECF-rated. The Under 18 Open is FIDE-rated. Sections with more than 20 players may be split into smaller tournaments, usually by age.

U11: Open, U1000, U800, U600
U18: Open, U1400, U1000

Medals are distributed at the prize giving.
